I have been drawing, coloring and painting most of my life. After high school, I put the pencils and brushes away to join the corporate world where I worked for 20+ years. Fifteen years ago, I picked up where I left off and have been studying, learning and refining the art of painting. I am privileged to have studied with some of the best national artists painting today, including Jan Kunz, Cheng Khee-Chee, Mary Ann Beckwith, Ted Nuttall, Betsy Dilliard Stroud and others. Each of these master painters has influenced the development of "my style". I am primarily a watercolor painter. I love to create realistic animal faces. I also enjoy switching gears to abstract realism and working with collage pieces. I have recently begun using acrylics and am excited about this challenging and exciting medium.

I am a happily married mother of one, living in beautiful Littleton, Colorado. I am a Signature Member of the Colorado Watercolor Society. My work has been accepted in local and national shows and I had a piece featured on the Watercolor Magic website. I do commission work and specialize in animal portraits. I am blessed to paint with my best friends--"The Palette Pals". Together we show and sell our work in local venues.
